The DK2 18″ trencher (OPT118) is powered by Kohler Command Pro CH270, 7 HP engine with a commercial 3 yr warranty is ready to chew through the earth to help you dig trenches at high speed!
How does it do it? With 21 high-pressure, sintered tungsten carbide cutters and a tri-cut chain you’ll be cutting trenches at 200 ft/hr. With an aggressive 10.5 ft/lbs of torque powering the chain at 400 rpm feeling a dual-belt chain auto auger, you’ll create 4 in wide trenches fast!
The adjustable leveling handle, axle auto-lock in reverse, lockout keys, quick-change teeth with 3/8″ plow plate, and quick depth 5 position change are some of the high-end features that you’d expect from DK2. The 3/8 plow plates come with quick-change teeth. The heavy-duty trolly wheel not only makes for easy transportation and moving around the job site but also improved digging stability.
